In order to begin the process of submitting your intellectual property to InventVest, LLC, you will need to fill out this form and click the submit button at the bottom of the form. We will review your submission and the property, verify ownership and if its a good fit for what we do, we’ll send you a submission kit. If you’d like to know more about what to expect click here
This form is not legally binding in any way. It just let’s us know you are interested in possibly using InventVest to make money with your patent. Please do not submit unprotected ideas or encumbered properties. These are intellectual property you may have created at work that your employer paid you to create, properties with co-inventors (unless all agreed to submit the property), and properties with other like entanglements.
